The MJ Simpson webpage newsletter has reported that the PC game to be made out of the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, originally planned to be published in May 2002, has been postponed indefinitly.
"The forthcoming computer game based on The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy has been put on hold. The graphical towel-em-up adventure from Phase 3 Studios (formerly part of The Digital Village/h2g2 Ltd) and Pan Interactive was scheduled for PC release in May, to tie in with the publication of Douglas Adams posthumous collection The Salmon of Doubt, but has now been postponed with no new date confirmed. The reasons for the delay aren't known. More news as and when I hear it."
